Family Health Centers of Baltimore offers a clean and smoke free environment and we have four convenient locations. For your convenience, parking is available and we are easily accessible by public transportation. Don’t let insurance worries stand in the way of receiving the quality health care you deserve! At Family Health Centers of Baltimore, we make sure service is available regardless of your insurance status. We accept most major insurance, Medicaid and HMO’s, meaning you don't have to worry about affordable quality care. The Health Center can arrange for sliding-scale fees to assist the uninsured with physician and other expenses and even pay the one dollar pharmacy assistance co-pay for our qualified medical assistance patients. These are only a few of the ways we provide quality, affordable and hassle-free health care.

Our state-of-the-art facilities use the latest equipment and technology, and our staff includes board-eligible and board-certified physicians. In addition, there is a lab and pharmacy on-site at our Cherry Hill Road location. No more extra trips or waiting in long lines!

Family Health Centers of Baltimore physicians are available by appointment Monday through Friday. Some evening and Saturday hours are available and vary by center location. Mercy Family Care adult medicine operates on a same-day appointment basis. Appointments are made for the same day beginning at 8:30 AM. Some same-day appointments are available at all other locations. The pharmacy is open weekdays from 9 am to 8 pm, and Saturdays from 9 am to 4 pm. Some insurance providers require a referral before an appointment can be scheduled for specialty services, such as OB or podiatry. Please have a referral from your primary-care physician. Please remember to bring your insurance card. If you are uninsured, bring proof of income and family size to become eligible for reduced fees for Doctor’s visits, Prescriptions and for Lab Services. When you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance.
