FHCB has four sites: the main facility in Cherry Hill is a comprehensive primary care center located in the heart of Cherry Hill.

Family Health Centers of Baltimore - Cherry Hill

The original CHC space was designed as a well baby clinic in Cherry Hill, but has evolved to a comprehensive interdisciplinary primary care FQHC. In October 1993, FHCB moved to a 17,703 square foot primary care facility, in the heart of the Cherry Hill service area and in 1998 a 4,500 square foot Behavioral Health Wing was added.

Brooklyn Community Health Center
4115 Ritchie Highway
In 1995, a satellite office was opened in Brooklyn. A satellite office in Brooklyn draws patients from Brooklyn Park and Northern Anne Arundel County.

Mead Building Practice
315 N. Calvert Street
A downtown location is providing pediatric and adult care, and includes residency training in partnership with Mercy Health Systems.

Our Calvert Street primary care physicians provide hospitalist services for all FHCB patients.

In 2002, the name of the corporation was changed to Family Health Centers of Baltimore, to reflect the City-wide service area. The community sites, however, retain their historic names.
