care needs of the underserved population of
Baltimore City is the principal mission
objective of FHCB and this CEO’s purpose-driven
conviction to expand health care access across
America for low income people; and to correct
health care disparities among high risk and
culturally diverse populations serves to align
her ambitions succinctly with the FHCB long-term
vision.

responsible and actively engaged as a community
leader and advocate for disadvantaged youth and
family health care, throughout her tenure as
CEO, Paula has volunteered to serve on the
boards of professional health care organizations
and community organizations. She currently
serves as the chairwoman of the Cherry Hill
Health Care Committee, a grass roots alliance of
Cherry Hill residents, business owners and
concerned citizens who have created the alliance
to identify gaps in primary health care for the
entire Cherry Hill community and align and
recruit resource and service providers to
deliver primary care services that bridge care
gaps for this underserved urban neighborhood.
